Hon’ble Mr. Justice Siddharth Mridul, Judge, Delhi High Court: Justice Mridul practised as an Advocate, variedly in matters relating to Writ and Writ Appellate Jurisdictions, Civil Original and Appellate Jurisdictions, Company Jurisdiction and Criminal Jurisdiction in the High Court of Delhi. He also practised in The High Court of Judicature at Bombay, The Karnataka High Court at Bangalore, The Rajasthan High Court at Jaipur, Income-Tax Appellate Tribunal, Company Law Board, Appellate Authority for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction, Debt Recovery Tribunal, National and State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions at Delhi. He was designated as Senior Advocate in May 2006. Further, he was appointed as Additional Judge of the High Court of Delhi with effect from 13th March 2008 and as a Permanent Judge on 26th May 2009.
Hon’ble Mr. Justice Atul Sreedharan, Judge, Madhya Pradesh High Court: He Joined the Chamber of Mr. Gopal Subramanium, in 1992 and read in his chamber till 1997. During this period he assisted him in several, Civil and Criminal matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and the Trial Court at Delhi.
From 1997 to December 2000 he practised independently at Delhi. Shifted to Indore in the year 2001 and had been practising independently and continuously before the Indore bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court. Further, he was appointed as Additional Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh in 2016
Mr. Sidharth Luthra, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India: Sidharth Luthra is a Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India. In July 2012, Sidharth Luthra was appointed as the Additional Solicitor General of India at the Supreme Court and represented the Union and various State Governments in matters relating to fundamental rights, electoral reforms, criminal law and policy issues. Mr. Luthra specialises in criminal law, white-collar crimes and cyber frauds. He studied law at the University of Delhi where he completed his LLB in 1990 and then did an MPhil in Criminology from the University of Cambridge in 1991. He was conferred an Honorary Doctorate of Law by Amity University, Noida, India, in 2015. Apart from litigation, Luthra also teaches law in India and abroad. He is a visiting Professor at Northumbria University at Newcastle, United Kingdom and an Honorary Professor at the Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
