The Indian Law Institute, New Delhi 45 Hours Training Program in Mediation

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

This course is aimed to enable the participants to acquire comprehensive understanding of the concepts of mediation which need to be used keeping in view the requirements of Section 89 of CPC and other statutory enactments requiring use of mediation as an effective tool of dispute resolution.

INDIAN LAW INSTITUTE

The Indian Law Institute (ILI) was founded in 1956 primarily with the objective of promoting and conducting legal research. It was established as a result of the efforts of the leading jurists of India for over a number of years. The objectives of the Institute are to cultivate the science of law, to promote advanced studies and research in law so as to meet the social, economic and other needs of the Indian people, to promote systematization of law, to encourage and conduct investigations in legal and allied fields, to improve legal education, to impart instructions in law, and to publish studies, books, periodicals, etc. The Institute is an autonomous body registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860.

SAMADHAN

The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre known as ā€œSamadhanā€ was established in May 2006. It is the result of an initiative of the Bench and the Bar of the Delhi High Court who have committed themselves to mediation as an appropriate method of Alternate Dispute Resolution. The Centre undertakes training of Mediators by conducting training programs periodically for members of the Delhi High Court Bar Association. Trainers of Samadhan in collaboration with ILI and SAARC Law-India will provide training to the participants.

SAARC LAW

SAARC LAW-India is the Indian Chapter of SAARC LAW. It consists of Attorney General for India, Honā€™ble Judges of High Courts, Senior Advocates, Member Parliament, Vice Chancellors, Law Professors and Advocates. One of the objects of SAARC LAW-India is to promote Legal Awareness of development of Law in various fields. It is towards this objective SAARC LAW-India has decided to be a partner with Indian Law Institute and Samadhan in organising 45 hours Training Program in Mediation.

FEE DETAILS:

The Registration link will be activated from 30th March, 2022 to 1st April, 2022. The participation is limited to 35 (Thirty Five) only on first come first serve basis. Applications received more than the limit will not be considered and fee received from those will be refunded.
