Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Nagpur, invites application for the Research Assistant position under the Minor Research Project funded by the Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi.
The research project aims to focus on the participatory role of women in making policy decision that governs the corporate social responsibility practices and its impact on the organizational performance. The research will highlight the reality, proportion and factors that enables the women voice in decision-making towards societal issues. The four metropolitan areas of Maharashtra are taken for the study i.e. Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and Nashik. The research will involve development of tools to collect the data from the respondents. A model will be proposed in order to analyse the data. The proposed model will be tested in AMOS using Structural Equation Modeling technique and by using other statistical analysing tools like SPSS.

Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for personal interview, which will be conducted via online. Final selection will be based on qualification, interview performance, and alignment with the project’s objectives.
