About the Event:

The Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADR), Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab is organizing an online panel discussion to commemorate the enforcement of the Singapore Convention on Mediation.

To mark this monumental date of the Convention coming into force on 12 September 2020, CADR proudly presents a Panel Discussion with leading professionals in the field of mediation.

The Objective of this Webinar is to generate an interactive and free flowing discussion among the panelists regarding this revolutionary development, with a special focus on the Interface of Arbitration and Mediation vis-à-vis the Singapore Convention.
