The NLUD Student law Journal (NLUD-SLJ) is a biannual peer reviewed journal which seeks to provide a forum for engaging in discussions on varied issues of contemporary importance in domestic and international law and policy.
Following the successful publication of Volume 3 Issue 1, and in continuance of the endeavour to encourage academic discourse and legal scholarship, the Board of Editors invites submissions for the Volume 3 Issue 2. In order to provide a new and exciting way of exploring the changing dynamics of law, the editorial boardhas decided that the forthcoming issue of the journal will cover a broad spectrum of topical issues, within the framework of a common theme – ‘Media Law and Policy’.
Contributions in the form of Articles, Essays, Case Comments, Legislative Comments and Book Reviews are invited from academicians, practitioners, students of law and allied fields on any area of media law and policy, including (but not limited to):
1. Freedom of expression and information in the context of media and communications
2. Content regulation and censorship
3. Issues of jurisdiction specially in the context of globalization
4. Defamation
5. Corporatization of media
6. Privacy / breach of confidence
7. Competition and the media and communications industries
8. Laws affecting journalism
9. Trial by media

CO-AUTHORSHIP
Co-authorship is permitted only upto two authors.
DEADLINE
Articles may be submitted at any time before 10th November 2014, and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
