About the Course:
The Insolvency Practicum is being organized under the aegis of the National Academy of Law Teachers (NALT) and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), it is being organized by the Centre for Transnational Commercial Law at the NLU, Delhi.
The trainers/ resource persons will include officials from regulatory authorities, leading insolvency lawyers, insolvency professionals, academics, and experts from financial organisations.
