NALSAR-CCI Second Antitrust Moot Court Competition (April 14-16): Register by March 5

About the Moot

The objective of this Moot Court Competition is to stir up research and thinking on emerging issues in competition law. The holistic practice of competition law in India is just about a decade old, and therefore, there is a lot of jurisprudence around the subject that is being constantly shaped (and reshaped) by the CCI and other appellate courts and tribunals. Furthermore, the CCI‟s advocacy initiatives under the Competition Act, 2002 perfectly complements the MCC‟s desire to introduce a serious conversation around competition law in India.
