MY INITIAL DAYS AT RGNUL

I remember the first day when I entered the college, full of hope and aspiration, with exuberance to be a part of a prestigious National Law University. The full construction of the college was yet on its way but the hostels and the academic block were already built and fixed with all the necessities that one could not expect from a government college. The hostel rooms were spacious and A.C. equipped that provided a soothing environment for studying. I remember the joy that aroused on seeing big academic halls where my classes were to be held. Well, it is no doubt the students which make up the University, but the impetus needed to scale great heights demands a good ambience with latest facilities for the students to avail the same for their academic benefit. In consonance, a gamut of books on every field of law and social sciences could be seen in the library which has till now helped me a lot in legal research, including my academics. I felt the more I exploit probably the best infrastructure that my college has in comparison to other colleges, the more benefit I could reap out of it.
When the classes commenced, I realized that not only the infrastructure was great but also the faculty was equally compelling, to impart good knowledge and skills imperative to become a good lawyer. The kind of knowledge which they shared with the students showed the good academic progress which the college would witness in the coming years. Thanks to our worthy Vice Chancellor who has made all the possible efforts to uplift the University to a better academic hub and he is indeed the source of inspiration for every student in the university.
Earlier, I was very scared of my seniors but as the time progressed, I realized their good nature towards their junior in all the possible sense: whether it is in terms of imparting knowledge or their helping hand towards any problem encountered in the college. The experience which they carried helped me gain a got in my studies. There was, to my surprise, no ragging in the college and this obliterated the hindrance in terms of my interaction with them.
In all, the pleasant and mind-boggling initial days at RGNUL helped me a lot toward my journey of becoming a lawyer.
