Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Nagpur, invites applications for Two Research Associate (Part-time) Positions to work under the Research Project to “Design, Develop, Implement, Operationalize & Maintain the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform for the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises”, this project is funded by the National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated’s (NICSI), New Delhi for a period of Six Months.
Project Overview:
The project aims to revolutionize the dispute resolution process for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the “Design, Development, Implementation, Operationalization & Maintenance of an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform.” This initiative is set to streamline and expedite the resolution of disputes, particularly those related to delayed payments, leveraging cutting-edge technology to ensure fairness, efficiency, and accessibility. The workflow encompasses requirement gathering, legal and technical framework development, platform testing in selected states, and continuous monitoring and maintenance, ensuring the platform’s effectiveness and adaptability to evolving legal and business environments.

- All those who are pursuing LL.M. are also eligible to apply, however, they should not be any Backlog Papers in previous semesters;
- ➢ Strong research and analytical skills;
- ➢ Proficiency in gathering primary and secondary data;
- ➢ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); and
- ➢ Ability to work independently and as part of a research team.

Selection Process:

➢ This appointment is purely on contractual basis for a period of Six (6) Months for Research Associate which will not be extended further;
➢ The Project Principal Investigator / Co- Investigator retains the discretion not to make any appointment to this vacancy to make an appointment at a revised remuneration, or to make an appointment with a modified job description and to fix revised qualification and requirements.
➢ The position shall not be treated as an employee of the Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Nagpur or NICSI for any purpose whatsoever.
