The Centre seeks law articles from students, academics, and practitioners. The Centre intends to publish short articles, notes, comments, reviews and/or interviews on recent developments in the area of Arbitration, Conciliation, Mediation and Negotiation.
The short articles could include latest trends in ADR, reforms, recent case laws etc. or on any other important issues relating to ADR and should be between 500 words to 3000 words maximum.
There will be an editorial board which will consist of faculty members and students who will review the contributions received and will inform the authors regarding their decision to publish. The last date to receive the contributions is 10 November, 2014. The newsletter will be published by the end of the semester.
