You can apply for a part-time or full-time internship. Sir himself goes through the internship applications. The response is very prompt and you may receive a reply within a day or two.
Work Environment and People
The work environment is relaxed and the people are extremely nice. Sir is very friendly and takes out time personally to talk to the interns and assign them work.
Sir has one associate and a clerk working with him in his office. The associate is extremely helpful and friendly and helps out with the work assigned. Everyone in the office is friendly and approachable.
Interns are required to report at the Chambers at Supreme Court everyday except Saturdays when work is done from his office at Noida, which is very close to the Noida City Centre Metro Station.
Work
Sir majorly deals with Civil cases. The kind of work you would be exposed to is diverse and includes legal research, preparing case notes, drafting of plaints, replies, rejoinders, written statements, accompanying Sir to the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court and observing Court proceedings.
You are also required to attend proceedings at various tribunals like NGT, NCRDC, AT PMLA, NCLAT.
Sir also does a lot of arbitration matters and you may also get a chance to attend arbitration proceedings and visit places like the Indian Habitat Centre and Neeti Bagh Club.
I happened to attend the entire process of recording of evidence in an arbitration matter which was a great learning experience.
There is no dearth of work in this office. One is always engaged in work here and there is no time to sit idle. Sir usually has three to four matters lined up in Supreme Court or High Court everyday and one is expected to know all the matters beforehand.
Good Things
Sir directly interacts with the interns and makes sure to give constructive feedback on the work that is presented to him.
One should also be prepared for impromptu legal quizzes on Constitution as well as other subjects of law. This is usually followed by detailed discussions which are very helpful in gaining clarity in various legal concepts.
Sir also takes everyone for occasional lunch in Bengali Market. Overall this internship is a very good learning experience.

Stipend
Sir makes sure that interns are rewarded for their hard work. There is a performance-based stipend.
Office Timings
9.30 am to 6.00 pm. However, timing is flexible and you may leave early if there isn’t any deadline to be met. Conversely, one may be required to stay back if there is any urgent matter.
