PH.D. PROGRAMME IN LAW ADMISSION ENTRANCE TEST -2023
Online Applications are invited for Admission to the Ph.D. Programme in Law (Academic Session – 2023-24) (10 Seats). Interested candidates may apply using the given ERP LINK: (https://erphpnlu.in/applicantLogins.htm?link=c4b8c9588c553f517dc79aecd98
88074) within the time duration prescribed.
The candidates are strictly advised to apply online well in advance to avoid a rush during the closing dates of submission of the Online Admission Form. No offline Application Form will be accepted by the University.
The Entrance Test is scheduled to be held on 19-03-2023 (Sunday) from 11:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M. at HPNLU Shimla.

Opening date for Application – 30-12-2022
The last date of receiving Application – 28-02-2023 (5:00 P.M.)
The prescribed Application Fee is Rs. 2500 for SC/ST and Rs. 3000/- for other categories.
Syllabus for Entrance Test: – (Maximum marks:150)
Multiple Choice Questions (100 Marks)
(a) Research Methodology.
(b) Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence
Long Answer/Essay Type Question (50 Marks)
(c) Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, and Research Methodology.

Note: Those candidates who have qualified UGC-NET/JRF, shall be exempted from Entrance Test. However, all candidates are required to fill up Ph.D. Programme Application Form.
