Hadiya Case: Shafin Jahan approach SC so as to recall NIA's probe order

Hadiya’s husband, Shafin Jahan has again approached the SC and filed an application thereby seeking to recall of the Court’s order of August 16 whereby it had directed NIA probe into the matter and the same ought to be overseen by former Supreme Court Justice R.V. Raveendran.
Supreme Court even determined the fee and expenses for which Justice R.V. Raveendran entitle for his assigned duty, however, Justice R.V. Raveendran refused to oversee the investigation, thereby, led the SC’s order infructuous.
Instead of Justice R.V. Raveendran departed to oversee the investigation, NIA started its probe in the case as Times of India dated 28.8.2017, it was reported that the NIA has already found a “link”. The same is not as per the direction of SC, henceforth, the application is filed to recall the order
