The Consortium of National Law Universities was established on 19th August, 2017 with the aim of improving standards of legal education in the country and serving the justice system through legal education.
The Consortium aspires to facilitate better coordination amongst National Law Schools to achieve highest standards of legal education in the country. Twenty-two National Law Universities have joined the Consortium as members.
The serving President of the Consortium is Prof. (Dr.) Vijender Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, MNLU, Nagpur and the Vice-President is Prof. (Dr.) V.C. Vivekanandan Vice-Chancellor, Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur .
The Executive Committee and Governing Body of the Consortium of National Law Universities (the “Consortium”) met at the National Law Institute University, Bhopal on May 20, 2023 and decided that the Common Law Admission Test 2024 shall be conducted on Sunday, December 3, 2023. Further details regarding the syllabus, application and counselling process shall be released shortly.
