The National Law University (NLU), Delhi and CUTS Institute for Regulation and Competition (CIRC) invite applications for admission in Certificate and Diploma Course in Competition Policy and Law.
The enforcement of competition law and its pervasive presence across the sectors and business function is creating a high demand for competition professionals. These courses, specially designed by practicing experts, to inculcate necessary knowledge and skills, amongst the participants to deal with the issues relating to anti- competitive agreements, abuse of dominance, mergers and acquisitions, IPRs, etc. and would greatly enhance career opportunities and provide early mover advantage. The classes will be scheduled on weekends in Delhi. For other places, on-line classes will be held.
