About this Course
The Three Day Certificate Course will strive to be the most efficiently drawn capsule course which would include a study of all important aspects of Energy Law in India.
It shall not only focus on one particular area of Energy Law, but shall include the study of energy generation, its regulation and governance, the issues and challenges and the question of privatisation of this particular sector.
Due to the various topics covered pertaining to energy law, which are meticulously distributed over three days, this course shall benefit not only the students who are interested in enhancing their acumen for the Energy Sector, but also persons who have been working in this sector as Entrepreneurs, Managers, Distributors and/or members from the various renewable and non-renewable electricity boards.
It is also beneficial for law teachers who would be interested to teach this subject in their respective colleges.
The Energy Sector is currently one of the most dynamic sectors in India. With increased awareness and efforts towards achieving a sustainable economy, the foremost requirement now is to establish a strengthened energy sector.
This three day certificate course shall try and open up the horizons for the interested participants, so that in an interactive and open session, issues and laws can be discussed and some valuable take-away can be ensured for the participants.

The course shall be open for law students, law teachers, academicians, research scholars, persons from the energy sector, electricity board, power sector etc.

Fees and Registration
Course Fee: Rs. 8000/- per participant
Payment for the Course can be done either by Demand Draft drawn in favor of National Law School of India University, payable at BENGALURU which has to be sent to the address mentioned along with the registration form or through NEFT transfer.

Registration will be confirmed only on receipt of payment.
No accommodation will be provided for the participants and they are required to make their own arrangements.
