CONCEPT NOTE
In 1982, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution in pursuance of which June 4 is celebrated every year as the “International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression”. The purpose of the day is to acknowledge the pain suffered by children throughout the world as a consequence of armed conflict.
Further, in 2002, the International Labour Organization launched the first World Day Against Child Labour to highlight the plight of working children. Ever since, June 12 is celebrated every year as the “World Day Against Child Labour”.
In pursuance of the same, the Centre for Child Rights seeks to commemorate “International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression” and “World Day Against Child Labour” by organizing a poster making competition and a slogan writing competition respectively at our University on June 10, 2023 from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. at the Seminar Hall located on the 2nd floor of the Administrative Block of our University.
THEMES OF THE COMPETITIONS:
The themes of both competitions will be given to the participants on the spot.
ELIGIBILITY:
The competitions are open to students enrolled in any recognized schools, colleges, and universities.

E-certificates will be provided to all the registered participants.
The participants are required to carry their own stationery items and art supplies.
A4 Paper will be provided by the organisers.
