CBSE found gross negligence on the part of school in Praduman's murder case

A seven-year- old infant who was sexually assaulted and murdered at the his school viz Ryan International school, lack of adequate security measures is responsible for the death of infant was founded through consensus gentium, now the same is qualified and warranted by CBSE as it also concurs thatĀ basic security measures as stipulated by the board has not been fulfilled by the school.
As the substantial affiliation bye laws has been overlooked by the school, thereby,Ā board issued a show-cause notice to the school, whereby asking “why its provisional affiliation for secondary and senior secondary level may not be withdrawn”.
CBSE also found school guilty for not getting FIR registeredĀ and inform the district education officer and CBSE” and that “the FIR was subsequently filed by the parents of deceased.”
Ashoka Kumar, bus conductor has been prime accused till now and hence, arrested on the basis of confessional statement before police, albeit the same has been flinty opposed by deceased father and sought CBI/NIA probe in the case.
