The world is witnessing growing, embedded, and systematic corruption. In all ages, prevalence of corruption can be traced in one or the other form. Especially, the corruption endemic in our public and private institutions creates certainly an abhorrent scene; new forms of corruption are cropping up and make as tremble. Social science researchers acknowledged that the corruption is a serious crime against individual and state. In most of the cases as a matter of fact, the victims are considered perpetrator (Rational Choice of the Individual), as it involves money, nepotism, greed and social acceptance. While this topic is given due importance recently in India, the novel literature in corruption are bleak, but situation is abruptly prominent. Hence, there is a need to have an in-depth conference for recording and documenting the recent trends in corruption and anti-corruption via assessments, perceptions and victimizations and arrange for a platform to discuss/share the idea acquired by the Academicians (Faculty members and Researchers), Young Researchers, Victims, Policy Makers, Social Care Workers, NGOs, working women in this Sector and Criminal Justice Practitioners.
