The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab promotes research and adopts a visionary approach to legal scholarship. RGNUL Law Review, Biannual Refereed Journal (ISSN 2231-4938), has been publishing articles and research papers on diverse legal issues since 2011. RLR is one of the most prominent academic journals in the country. The journal regularly publishes original articles that present perspectives on legal philosophy, legal history, and contemporary legal developments. It brings to the fore interdisciplinary academic research about law and legal institutions. It provides a significant academic forum for the critical examination of contemporary legal issues and the functioning of law in society. The journal addresses issues, challenges, and emerging trends in legal education. RLR is specially designed for disseminating quality research.
RLR is a leading refereed and cited law journal. It features articles, notes, and comments by eminent scholars and practitioners from around the world. Owing to the high quality of RLR, it has been recommended by several law libraries. RLR appears in numerous legal and social science databases. RLR has been collaborating with Lexis Nexis and Eastern Book Company for publication. Beginning with the print form, now the online version of RLR is also available.
The biannual journal, RLR, is edited by faculty members for a term. Presently, Professor (Dr.) Anand Pawar, Vice-Chancellor (officiating), RGNUL, is the Patron; Professor (Dr.) Anand Pawar, Registrar, RGNUL is the Executive Editor; Dr. Kamaljit Kaur, Associate Professor of Law is the Editor of RLR. The Editorial Board consists of Dr. Gurmanpreet Kaur, Associate Professor of Law, and Saurabh Sharma, Assistant Professor in Legal Research.

Guidelines for Submission
- Scheme and Style of publication and Guidelines for Contributors can be accessed Here
- Academicians and Research Scholars are invited to make contributions to this Journal. Submissions made by Graduate and Post-Graduate Students are allowed subject to the co-authorship with a faculty.
- Contributor shall submit an undertaking that the submission is original research work
- Co-authorship of up to two authors is allowed.
- Contributor shall submit a plagiarism report undertaking that their contribution does not exceed 10% of plagiarism.
- All manuscripts submitted should be free from jargon and be written as clearly and concisely as possible.
- The contributors can submit the papers by 30th October 2023. Papers and articles not adhering to the scheme and style prescribed for the Journal, shall not be considered.
