Centre eases parking woes in Apex Court

To facilitate the stopping hardships of lawyers in the Supreme Court, the Center has chosen to permit backers to stop their vehicles in the nearby parking garage oversaw by India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO).
Solicitor general Ranjit Kumar, appearing for ministry for urban development, informed the Supreme Court that the government has decided to allow lawyers to park their cars in the parking area of ITPO.
He told a seat headed by Justice V Gopala Gowda that the service has likewise chosen to make an incline on the asphalt of Bhagwan Das Road so that vehicles of TV channels including OB vans could be stopped there. The SG said it might be possible just after the SC security setup provided for its leeway.
He also said that government has approved widening of the entry gate of Supreme Court so that two cars could enter simultaneously and prevent frequent jams witnessed every morning at the gate. This too would require clearance from SC security authority.
