NLSIU, BANGALORE DISTANCE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT’S THREE DAY NON RESIDENTIAL CERTIFICATE COURSE ON COMPETITION LAW IN INDIA

National Law School of India University, Bangalore is organizing a Three Day Non Residential Certificate Course on Competition Law in India.
Date – 14- 16th November 2014
The proposed course aims to provide a birds-eye-view on aspects of Competition Law and Market Regulations in India. It primarily intends to cover wide-ranging requirements of various stakeholders and provide valuable insight on issues related to, and in connection with, Antitrust Law and Policy in India. This course will provide a podium to academics, antitrust law practitioners, officials of market regulatory bodies, government departments, lawyers, management scholars/students etc. to deliberate upon the themes of national importance in this academic amphitheater.
The purpose of this Certificate Course is to provide the learner an integrative introduction to cope up with the budding and vibrant field of business practice and thereby aims to create enhanced understanding of legal aspects of market concepts and restrictive business practices. The students/participants are required to complete the certificate course in three days as per the schedule. On successful completion of this course, the learner would be equipped to analyze, understand and further delve into the legal scenario of Competition Law. On completion of the course, the participant will be awarded with a certificate from National Law School of India University, Bangalore
