14th Amity Moot Court Competition 2015; [20-22 Feb.,2015]; Register by Oct. 31

Amity Law School, Delhi (Affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University) is organising its 14th Amity Moot Court Competition 2015 (AMCC). The College has been organising Annual National Level Moot Court Competition for the last 13 years. In the continuance with our tradition we are hosting the event for its 14th edition which is scheduled to be held from 20th February to 22nd February, 2015, at Amity Law School Delhi, F-1 Block, Amity University Campus, Sector-125, NOIDA-201301
The moot problem is based on intellectual property rights and competition law highlighting the emerging legal landscape in these subjects of law. Sitting Judges, practicing advocates, academicians and experts in the field of intellectual property rights and competition law shall be invited to adjudicate the competition.
In the past editions, the Final and Semi-Final Rounds of the competition have been judged by a bench of sitting judges of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
The Organizing Committee of AMCC has always endeavoured to maintain high standards with respect to every aspect of the competition and in upholding its long tradition of hospitality, the college will provide complimentary accommodation, food and intra-city conveyance to and fro from the venue to the hotel for all the participants during the days of the competition.
