IP University MUN in collaboration with MUNistry and UN information centre for India and Bhutan; 7-8 March, 2015

IP University MUN is essentially a group of people which seek to changing the thought process of a student wherein, we seek to educate students about the pressing world issues,  happening outside the four walls of the classroom, yet governing our day to day lifestyle. We help them to imbibe the dynamics of  world politics and how it effects the common man, relaxing in his house.
The group  that formed itself back  in initial summer months of 2012 , came out to turn into , MUNistry – the MUN society of GGS IP University, proudly boasts of organizing IPU MUN 2012, which turned out to be a landmark in the Indian history of Model UN Conferences.
Begun as the brainchild of Angad Singh Madan, an avid MUNer  who has gained popularity in the Northern Indian MUN circuit, MUNistry today collaborates with various institutes and is known to be the IP University’s Society for Model UN.
At IPU MUN 2012,  MUNistry decided to give a new direction to the innovation and called for UN officers working with UNO to be the chairpersons of its councils. Delegates  gained the structural and procedural knowledge of the complex working of the United Nations and would learn to effectively resolve upon issues that confront the world leaders in establishment of peace with their perceptions thereby learning negotiation, logical thinking and promoting a sense of the requirement of peace in the modern era.
IPU MUN 2013 set landmark in terms of organization having academic quality and logistic quantity.
Having said that, IPU MUN 2015 is all set  for an amazing experience and record braking quality for all participants.

After two successful editions of the brilliance that IP University Model United Nations conference has been, it is going to be back on 7-8 March 2015!
In the honor of 8th March , the International Women’s Day, we have our councils include the UN Commission on Status of Women.
