Since the inception of Truecare Research & Development (TRD) in 2010, aimed to organize Workshops, Seminars, publishing Research Journal of high standard, conduct Conferences and organise lectures on various subjects and discipline. The domain of research is progressing by leaps and bounds. In the modern world, growth and spread of democracy have raised the value of education and increased the importance of ensuring all children and adults access to high quality and effective education. Teachers realise that research is the stepping stone for a good quality of academic life. Small improvements in the field of research have large social returns, in health, wealth and well-being of mankind. To this end, TRD is a meant to facilitate and encourage interaction and exchange of views among pioneers in the field of Social Science, Humanities and Commerce. We hope that this Research Journal ‘Resonance’ not only serves its aim of facilitating review of current developments but also provides ground for the inception of new ideas, thoughts and work in the area of Social Science, Humanities, Commerce and Science.
