About the Centre
Considering the apathy of the fair sex in the country, ‘Law for Aid and Welfare’ has established a Centre for Women Empowerment vide resolution LAW/EBR/2014/01 for working on the empowerment of women.
The Centre shall carry out consultation on various bills and legislations of Indian government and United Nations Organizations besides conducting awareness programmes on various social, environmental and economic issues facing the women and girl child.
The Centre plans to have its own Publication on Women Empowerment and Public Policy in respect of women. It shall provide information on all International Statutes and documents related to Women Empowerment. Various events shall also be organized on issues facing the women to gather new ideas for inculcation in this noble effort.
Eligibility
Age between 18 – 24 years.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Facebook, Skype, YouTube and Twitter.
Desired Skills and Abilities
Strong communication skills, including public speaking and writing.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to flexibly share leadership and build consensus.

Terms and Conditions
This is a part-time, work from home/place of residence job.
This position is tenured, part-time, voluntary and unpaid. (* However, the society may choose to pay you if your performance is exceptionally good).
We are looking for at least one year commitment from you.
You will be required to devote at least 5 hours per week.
You will be put on probation for 3 months from date of selection.
A Performance review will be conducted after completion of 3 months.
