Our Legal team takes responsibility for supporting the execution of our company’s global business and safeguarding its people, assets and interests. We provide critical legal support across all product companies, working closely with the business teams and all of the Legal department’s functions

As a Legal Counsel for Baker Hughes India, you will provide critical support for the commercial success of the business, including strategic legal advice, contract development, contract execution management, regulatory and compliance advice, and dispute resolution
As Senior Counsel, you will be responsible for:
- Lawyers and attorneys supporting commercial activities.
- Advises Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
- Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Contributes to project as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Commercial Counsels.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
