Minimum qualifications:
- 15 years of experience leading, developing, and managing full-service legal teams including litigation, commercial, and product work.
- 15 years of experience navigating organizations headquartered in the US.
- 15 years of experience in legal practice working with India regulators.
- Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience operating with an informed perspective with the ability to manage teams.
- Ability to resolve issues and discuss ideas/solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, develop, and manage a team that is responsible for providing the full range of legal support services (e.g., deals, advisory, regulatory, and contentious matters) at the regional, local, and industry levels.
- Provide advice and counsel on a wide range of legal, business, corporate strategy, and governance issues to key internal stakeholders across a diverse set of products.
- Work with many different key constituencies and functions including public policy, product lawyers, compliance, and others to jointly deliver the outcomes.
- Manage company positioning on key interests and issues, working in partnership with leadership and key stakeholder groups.
