Call for Abstracts:

  • Abstracts, including field studies, from scholars, researchers, bar & bench, law firms, teachers, and NGOs/civil societies are invited. One co-author is permitted. Research abstracts for inclusion in the webinar, shall be subject to the approval of the Programme Committee.
  • An abstract of a minimum of 500 words should be submitted first. The abstract must also indicate the specific research issues and the Scheme Of Presentation. It must be typed in Times New Roman, Font Size 12 on A4 size paper with 1″ margin on all sides with 1.5 line spacing using MS Word application. References should follow the Standard Indian Legal Citation (SILC) standard of footnoting. Endnotes are not allowed.
  • At the end of the paper, the author should have a brief profile with Email ID, contact number, and address.

    Notification of Acceptance : January 15, 2024

    The Abstracts and Registration details shall be submitted to the Convenor at [email protected]. Abstracts received after the stipulated deadline will not be entertained for participation in the Webinar.

    Registration Charges for Participation: Rs. 500 Registration for Paper Presentation Rs. 1000 No registration Charges for Foreigners

a)  All participants, including co-authors, must pay the requisite registration charges.

b)  There shall be “No refund of registration charges” at any stage of the Webinar.

c)  NO certificate will be issued in absentia.

d)  The participants’ attendance would be recorded ONLINE for all the sessions.75%attendance of the total period is a MUST for ANY Certificate for the participation.
