: l . Treasury legal – worked in bank or nbfc or big corporate in treasury department handling fund raising/ loan documents.
II. Corporate litigation/ asset resolution- worked in bank/nbfc/ ARC in corporate litigation/ recovery team.
III. Contract drafting negotiations with some experience in litigation team of a bank/ nbfc/ corporate.
