About Indian Space Conclave 2023
Indian Space Association (ISpA), as the “Apex Space Industry Body” is dedicated to promoting and advancing India’s space industry in alignment with the vision outlined by our Hon’ble Prime Minister of India. ISpA was created at the behest of the Hon’ble Prime Minister and inaugurated on 11th Oct 2021 to be the Single Voice of the Private Space Industry and act as a bridge between the Government and the Private Industry. With the commitment to energizing and mobilizing the private space industry for both government and private sector requirements, ISpA aims to drive the growth and development of the Indian space sector. ISpA is actively involved in building trans- continental relationships with private Space Industry Associations of other countries to build collaborative industrial and business relationships.
On the occasion of our foundation day, ISpA is organizing the 2nd Edition of the Indian Space Conclave from 9-11 October 2023. During the Conclave, we are bringing together various Government Ministries, Private Industry, Academia and research stakeholders, to share their valuable insights during panel discussions and industry presentations, for strategic and commercial impact
The Conclave’s significance is further amplified by the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3’s Vikram Lander on the lunar south pole. Conclave is intended to create a common platform for organizations and stakeholders with a keen interest in boosting India’s Space capability and plans. With the eminent presence of Hon’ble Minister of State for Space Dr Jitendra Singh, Hon’ble Minister of Road Transport and Highways Shri Nitin Gadkari, H.E. Emmanuel Lenain, Ambassador of France to India, Shri S Somanath, ISRO Chairman, Dr Philippe Baptiste, CNES President, Dr Pawan Goenka, IN- SPACe Chairman and Astronaut Thomas Pesquet, ESA along with several Distinguished dignitaries from the government sector, space agencies, Embassies, International Organizations, the private space industry, including MSMEs and startups, investors, think-tanks, academia, researchers, and students will come together to commemorate the foundation day of ISpA.
ISpA Space Exhibition
ISpA is also organising a Space Exhibition to help throw a spotlight on the state-of-the-art Technologies of the Space Enterprise to build awareness among the Space & Defence Clientele and to establish a worldwide reach of disruptive technologies & capabilities in associate domains. Thus, Making it an excellent networking and thought-provoking opportunity for attendees from the Government & Defence sector, Embassies, International Organizations, Private Industry and Research/Academia.

Glimpses of Indian Space Conclave 2022
During Indian Space Conclave 2022, over 1000+ people from all over the world came together to celebrate the 1st Foundation Day of ISpA with the eminent presence of Hon’ble Minister of State for Space Dr Jitendra Singh and Shri S. Somanath, ISRO Chairman. The event featured 22 exceptional exhibitions from Space Industry and witnessed the presence of eminent dignitaries including Ex-Gov Shekhar Dutt and Dr AS Kiran Kumar, Former Secretary, DoS & Chairman, ISRO and several eminent visitors spanning from various Industries, MNCs, Embassy representatives and Government Officials from Ministries/Departments and various Educational & Research Institutes.

The release of the ISpA-EY Report titled- “Developing the space ecosystem in India: focusing on inclusive growth“ by Hon. Minister of State for Space Dr Jitendra Singh. Felicitation of eight upcoming start-ups in various categories by Shri S. Somanath, Secretary, DoS and Chairman ISRO.
