About the Conference:
Presently, intellectual property is more than just a legal asset; it also has commercial worth. Marketing and commercialization are the final and most important stages of the innovation process for the success of any invention or advancement. As a result, commercialization may be described as the act of transforming or producing an innovation into an economically viable product, service, or process. IP commercialization turns a concept or invention into profitable goods or services. The most common method for monetizing creativity is the selling of such a good or service. IPRs are quite important in these situations. It prevents competitors from using exclusive characteristics in an unauthorised manner.
Copyright, Trademarks, Patents, Industrial Designs, Semiconductors, Trade Secrets, Geographical Indications, and other types of IP are among the most widely recognised IPs. To guarantee that ideas are safeguarded and commercialized, governments from all over the world have passed laws and regulations. The objective is to safeguard original ideas and works from competitors who simply replicate them while also encouraging individuals to invest in new concepts and innovations.
This conference promotes and enables a dynamic environment for the development and sharing of ideas in the administration of Intellectual Property Rights, with a focus on developing technologies.
