About Centre for Law, Justice and Development (CLJD): Established in 2018, CLJD envisions revisiting, analysing and engaging with the development discourse and its interface with the legal discourses. Through his engagement, it seeks to influence the discourse in ways that are geared towards securing justice in varied arenas of our existence. It has been specifically working on the rights of the marginalised through empirical research, policy interventions, training and creating resource material with regard to legal rights.
Area of work: CLJD is currently involved in various projects relating to violence against women. Pursuant to these research activities, CLJD drafts manuals and reports. It is therefore looking for a Translator (Hindi) to specifically perform the task of trans creating a manual of approximately 300 pages, originally drafted in English to Hindi.
Eligibility Requirement: Prospective applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- demonstrate good translation skills;
- demonstrate good comprehension of issues relating to violence against women and development; and
- demonstrate transcreation skills.

Duration: 3 months
Remuneration: The remuneration for the work shall be between Rs. 1,80,000/- to 2,40,000/- NOTE:
