About the National Law University Delhi

The National Law University Delhi (NLUD) is a leading publicly funded law University in India and has been established by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. About the Centre for Regulatory studies at NLUD

The Centre has the mandate to develop regulations as a multi-disciplinary field of study that intertwines the disciplines of law, economics, management, accountancy and other behavioural sciences. It has commenced few credit courses on regulations in general, regulatory architecture and governance and regulations relating to securities, competition and insolvency in LLB and LLM programmes. It has also commenced research into regulations through PhD programme.

About the Course

The Centre for Regulatory studies is organizing a two- days “Refresher Course for TRAI Officials” on March 2 – 3, 2023(Thursday – Friday) in the University campus at Dwarka, New Delhi on the overarching theme of Regulatory Impact Assessment. The programme aims to further strengthen capacity among officers of TRAI to carry out regulatory impact assessment, sensitise them with contemporary thoughts and developments in the field and prepare them to deal with emerging regulatory concerns that pertain to RIA.
