ABOUT MNLU MUMBAI
Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai, established under the Maharashtra National Law University Act 2014 on 20th March 2014, is one of the premier National Law Universities in India. The Act envisaged to establish National Law University in Maharashtra to impart advanced legal education and promote society-oriented research in legal studies for the advancement of the societal life of the people in the country.
The prime goal of the University is to disseminate advanced legal knowledge and processes of law amongst the students and impart to them the skills of advocacy, legal services, and law reforms and make them aware and capable to utilize these instruments for social transformation and development. Since its inception, the University has made serious and sincere efforts to excel in the field of legal research and education.
MNLU Mumbai has also been granted the Department for Promotion of Industries and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India’s IPR Chair. MNLU Mumbai also established the Centre for Maritime Law and Research with the support of the Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India. The University has also undertaken several research projects.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
Members of the academic community teaching and/or researching in the area of international investment law including researchers and doctoral students, working at both public or private universities, and non-governmental organisations are eligible to apply.
LLB and LLM students are also eligible for this programme. Participants who successfully attend all sessions over the course will be given a certificate of participation and course completion.
FEES
- A fee of Rs. 5000 per candidate will be charged for the Programme. This fee will cover meals, coffee/tea breaks, stationary, and study materials.
- 4-night accommodation at the MNLU Mumbai Hostel will be provided by the University.
