About the Blog
The Mapping ADR blog is an initiative of Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat, India (āJGLSā). Pursuant to the growing importance of alternative dispute settlement (āADRā), the blog seeks to provide an avenue for students, faculty and practitioners to engage in research and discussion on latest developments in the field of ADR. The objective of the blog is to critically explore issues both specific to the Indian legal arena as well as increasingly relevant transnational alternative dispute settlement.Ā The blog will host articles, interviews and recent updates on ADR.
About the Call for Papers
Practitioners, academics and students from within and outside JGLSĀ are all welcome to contribute to the blog.Ā Please refer to the How to Become a Member page for details.
Submission Guidelines
- The submission can be made by legal practitioners, academicians as well as students.
- Ideally, the post should not exceed 1500 words.
- Appropriate sources are to be cited in OSCOLA along with references in footnotes.
- Plagiarism is not allowed.
- The authors need to ensure that they are submitting original work. The submissions need to be made via e-mail toĀ [email protected]Ā in .doc or .docx format, after ensuring that the articles are in compliance with the submission guidelines.
- Selected articles will be reviewed by the editorial team prior to the publication and authors will be intimated via e-mail.
