Indian Institute of Legal Studies invites articles for paper presentation for the SAARC LAW CONCLAVE 2018 to be held on 28th and 29th of April, 2018 at Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Dagapur, P.O. Salbari, Dist- Darjeeling-734002.
About the SAARC Law Conclave 2018 
Indian Institute of Legal Studies aims to frame an international covenant to address the issues of water conflict under the aegis of ‘Comity of Nations’. The Institute seeks to inculcate and develop an educational and intellectual discourse on matters which are in need of our pivotal attention and we are perturbed regarding the sensitive issue of water.
We look forward in building a foundation to initiate a regional and global unification and enhance future discourses with better legal reforms and veracity regarding the long running dispute for running water. Considering the profundity and the critical aspect of water contestation within South Asian nations, the present topic has been selected to bring about social consciousness, objectively, from a socio-legal perspective.
The Conclave shall be graced by eminent Dignitaries from all over the SAARC nations comprising of members from the Heads of the Judiciary, Executive and Legislature, Administration, legal luminaries, Professors and Scholars of International and National repute and we request your presence to augment the discussion.
It would be a mark of great magnitude and appreciation if we could conclude our conclave with sound recommendations and mutual policies for the SAARC nations to make the optimum utilization of the most invaluable gift of nature.
