Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Nyayaprastha, Visakhapatnam is pleased to invite papers for the Volume III of its flagship law journal “Jural Quorate”.
The journal welcomes original and unpublished works from legal practitioners, research scholars and students from across the country.
About the Journal
Jural Quorate is a board reviewed annual multi-disciplinary Journal which solicits quality research, thereby providing a platform to promote discussions on legal issues and challenges. It also aims at highlighting recent developments and legal issues impacting social, economic and political factors.
Theme
Legal profession is the fulcrum around which the civil society rotates, and quality legal education issine qua non to maintain this balance. In a country thriving to be a force to reckon with, the standard of legal education needs to keep its pace in order for this profession to be the torch bearer in this race for development.
However, more often than not, it is observed that in the peculiar case of legal education in India, there is a huge gap between ‘is‘and ‘ought‘. Therefore, the Third Edition of Jural Quorate relates to the ‘Issues and Challenges Relating to Legal Education

The above-mentioned list of sub-themes is only indicative and the author(s) are free to send their articles on any other topic relating to issues, challenges or recent development in the field of legal education.
The printed copy of the Journal along with the certificate of publication shall be provided to the author(s) by DSNLU.
Submission Guidelines

  • The submissions are required to be made according to the following guidelines only:
  • Long Articles – 3000-5000 words
  • Short Articles – 2000-4000 words
  • Case Comments – 1500-2000 words
  • Book Review – 2000-2500 words

Note: The aforementioned word limits are exclusive of footnotes.

  • All the submissions must be accompanied with an abstract of 200-250 words.
  • Co-authorship is permissible up to a maximum of two authors.

Deadlines
Last Date Submissions of Final Paper: March 25, 2018.
