ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Competition Law in India has become an increasingly relevant and dynamic field, with recent developments and reforms aimed at promoting fair competition and protecting the interests of consumers. In recent years, several contemporary issues have arisen in the Indian competition law landscape, such as the intersection between competition law and intellectual property, the role of competition law in the digital economy, and the treatment of abuse of dominance and restrictive trade practices. These issues are critical to the development of a robust competition regime in India and require continuous examination and discussion.
