Supreme Court favours trust vote in Uttarakhand.

The Supreme Court declared that the floor test is the final test to determine who is in power and also the centre was asked to have a trust vote in Uttarakhand Assembly. Mukul Rohtagi was asked to conduct floor test immediately which would temporarily suspend the President Rule. But this proposal was rejected by Mr. Rohatgi in the last hearing.
The Attorney General instead asked the court to first to decide the validity of the proclamation (of President’s Rule) before a floor test was held. “There cannot be a President’s Rule and a floor test at the same time,” he had said.
