Rahul Gandhi's double standard statement: SC ordered that Trial shall be proceed on accordance with Law

Few days back, Rahul Gandhi, Vice President of Congress aregued that he was not accusing Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sevak Sangh as an organization who killed Mahatma Gandhi. Now on thursday,he told to Supreme Court that he stood by his statement “RSS ke logo ne Gandhiji ko goli mari or ye log Gandhiji ki baat karte hai.”
Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal, appearing for Rahul, seek exemption of Rahul appearance in Trial Court, however, SC didn’t grant it.
Bench presided by Justice Dipak Mishra said “Trial Magistrate shall proceed in accordance with law.”
Rahul also said that he would repeat this remark in election rally in Maharashtra Bhiwandi in 2014 and ready to face trial of defamation case.
When court was about to dismiss the petition, Sibal withdrawal the same, court allowed but refuse to grant exemption. Now, Rahul has to appear before Maharashtra Trial Court to answer the summons issued against him.
On 24 August, Appeal filed by Rahul for quashing the said case,following the clarification that he never meant to hold RSS as an institution behind Gandhi Assassination.
But Rahul tweeted after SC orde that he did a U-turn, tweeted that he stood by every word he stated and will continue to fight the RSS.
