Court reserves order on entry tax

A 9 judge Constitution bench of the Supreme Court reserved it’s verdict on Wednesday on the validity of entry tax on goods from one state to another. The bench is to decide whether the entry tax is in violation to Article 301 pertaining to freedom of trade and commerce within the country.
