Can't Order Establishment of 'Ram Rajya' In the Country: Supreme Court

The bench comprisiong of Justice TS Thakur, AM Khanwilkar and DY Chandrachud while  hearing a plea on the problem of encroachments on roads and footpaths across the country remarked that they cannot go by the assumption that everything in the country is wrong.
The SC also remarked that that it was bound by its own limits and could not pass orders in each and every matter as that will be futile. The Court observed that by passing orders they cannot Ram Rajya or make the nation corruption free.
The bench was first going to dismiss the plea and asked the NGO to go before the High Court. But NGO urged the court not to do so as there were encroachment not only in Delhi but entire nation and hence how many High Courts should the petitioner  approach to
The bench, then posted it for hearing in February next year.
