CALL FOR PAPERS FOR ISSUE II 2015

THEME: “Corporate Frauds & Investor Protection”

 
Institute of Law, Nirma University is feeling immense pleasure to invite you to contribute for Annual Journal on Corporate Laws 2015 Edition, the “CENTRE FOR CORPORATE RESEARCH LAW JOURNAL”.
Centre for Corporate Law Studies (CCLS) is an initiative of Institute of Law, Nirma University aimed at institutionalizing and channelizing researches on contemporary corporate issues. The CCLS is delightful to invite all the academicians, practitioners, students and rest of the legal fraternity to contribute in the form of Articles, Essays, Case Comments and Notes for the inaugural issue of Annual Journal on Corporate Laws.
The CCRLJ is pleased to announce the Call for Submissions for Issue II from scholars,  academicians,  researchers,  policy  makers,  law  students  and  other  members  of  legal fraternity from India and abroad. We request you to circulate the same among your students & faculties.
The Centre for Corporate Research Law Journal (CCRLJ) accepts Articles short notes, case comments and book reviews in order to consider them for publication on a rolling basis throughout the year. However, they are reviewed only after a call for submissions is notified.
The submissions should be on the topic, “Corporate Frauds & Investor Protection” in English language.
 
Contributions are invited under the following heads:
 

  1. Articles:

An Article should not exceed 4000-6000 words excluding footnotes for being considered for publication in the journal.
 

  1. Short Notes:

In about 2000-3000 words on any topic justifying the theme.

  1. Case Commentaries:

In about 2000-3000 words on contemporary cases as per the theme.

  1. Book Review:

A book review should be focused, well drafted and be related to law journal article, or law-related book. Review should not exceed 2000- 2500 words accompanied by an abstract of not more than 200 words.
