BCI: Notification for Declaration Form

Ashok Kumar Pandey, Joint Secretary, Bar Coucil of India issued a circular to notify all State Bar Councils for submission of Declaration forms from all the Advocates enrolled after July 2010.
State Bar Councils are advised to take immediate action & to circulate the notification to all Bar Councils. Notification includes that the Advocates have to submit necessary information in a prescribed format for preparation of electoral rolls for election to State Bar Councils & also to update the existing ones.
The above said format will also help in identifying non-practicing advocates who have joined business after getting enrolled. The Declaration Form is to be received in the office State Bar Council on or before 30 October 2016.
Now, it is clear that the Advocates enrolled after 10 July 2010 has to filled up the verification rules of 2015 as well as this declaration form for information whether they have passed All India Bar Examination.
