Tej Bahadur Yadav, a BSF Soldier, hisĀ wife, Sharmila, and his family filed a writ petition of Habeaus Corpus, they are claiming that the soldier is untraceable and that they have not been able to reach him.
The matter has been listed before justices B D Ahmed and Ashutosh Kumar, who listed it for hearing this afternoon, Petitioners sought High level inquiry in this matter.
