Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs under the aegis of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India is in the process of setting up India International Mediation Organization for resolution of international as well as domestic civil and commercial disputes through mediation.
As a first step in its initiative, IICA shall be conducting 40 hours certificate training program on mediation and negotiation across 7 cities in India- Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar, Kolkata, Guwahati and Chennai from July 16, 2016 onwards.
The training shall be conducted by practising international mediators and domestic mediators as co trainers to give it an Indian perspective.
